The Gardiner Scholarship (formerly PLSA) is used for several different services, including tuition at private schools. It covers eligible children with Prader-Willi syndrome, Spina bifida, Williams syndrome, Phelan-McDermid syndrome, or intellectual/developmental delays. Not sure if your child qualifies? We are happy to advise you at your request. See if you qualify.
Note: Do NOT delay in applying for this scholarship if you know you are eligible or need to reapply. Also, the McKay Scholarship and the Gardiner Scholarship cannot combine with each other.
Students in a Florida public school who have been subjected to an incident of battery, harassment, hazing, bullying, kidnapping, physical attack, robbery, sexual offenses, threats, or intimidation may be eligible to enroll in an approved private school under the Hope Scholarship. Contingent upon available funds, this scholarship is available to eligible students on a first-come, first-served basis.
If your child is in a school that is not meeting his/her needs, the AAA Scholarship may help. Applications typically become available in mid-March.
